Our home is a brand new construction built in 2018 in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of town. Although, we are not located in town, we are just minutes away by car or bike! Access to beautiful trails that lead to Shoup Bay and Mineral Creek. Our home is about a mile from the shoreline and nestled closely to the mountainside. The three bedrooms and two and half bathroom are fully stocked with linens, bedding, toiletries and laundry care. In addition to three queen sized beds, we have two pull out couches for extra sleeping accommodations in the living room and den. In the garage we have a weight machine if you do not want to miss a workout away from home. All brand new furniture for our new home. Owner lives in the neighborhood and will be available if needed, however, will let you have a comfortable stay in privacy. This home is great for families, business travelers, groups, and even couples. Valdez is known for its outside beauty, but we also have many parks (one small one in the neighborhood), grocery store, museums, rock wall, pool, shops, restaurants, as well as so many tourist activities (fishing, kayaking, glacier viewing, snow machining, heli-skiing, 4 wheeler riding) for everyone!
