Valdez Shrimp Derby

Shrimp must be brought in live to the weigh in station at the Totem Hotel. No ticket or purchase is necessary; this derby is free to enter. Prizes will be announced soon. 

Local fishing charters are available for those wishing to participate in the derby. 

How To Get There

Weigh ins for shrimp are held at the Totem Hotel, which is located at 144 Egan St. in downtown Valdez, just a short walk from the Valdez Small Boat Harbor.
