Valdez RV Camping in 2020

Your Opportunity for a Safe Vacation!

Are you planning on bringing your RV to Valdez this year and wondering if our RV parks will be open for you? Don't worry! Valdez is waiting for you. Most of Valdez's local RV parks (Bayside, Bear Paw, Chena and Eagles Rest) are currently open for visitors. Valdez KOA will be opening soon. Blueberry Lake Campground will open on June 1, 2020. The park managers are following the proper safety precautions. Please contact them for further guidance before making your trip.

If you're looking for some great sight-seeing along the way to Valdez, consider making detours to see some of our neighbors! AK eXpeditions in Chitina is open for RV campers, and Red Eagle Lodge in Chistochina is accepting RV campers as well.

In order to ensure your safety and the safety of our community, our RV parks are spacing out campsites to give everyone extra room for physical distance. Come visit us, but please do so safely!
