Overview
This June, Valdez celebrates 125 years of community, history, and hometown pride. Plans are underway for a weekend-long birthday celebration June 11-13, and we invite residents, businesses, and organizations to take part.
The festivities will include a citywide Birthday Party on June 11 with cake and ice cream, a special time capsule burial, and a 12.5K race on June 13 in partnership with the Valdez Race Series.
