East & West Dike Trails
The East Dike Trail and West Dike Trail (also referred to as the Mineral Creek Riverbed Trail), run along both banks of Mineral Creek. The trails converge at a trestle foot bridge over Mineral Creek. A covered bench is provided near the end of East Dike Trail, before the bridge, for those wishing to rest before turning back or continuing onto West Dike Trail.
The two trails make for great year-round recreation. In the summer and fall, hikers can walk along the flowing waters of Mineral Creek, and in the winter the Dike Trails are groomed for hiking, snowshoeing and skiing. The West Dike Trail is open for snowmachining during the winter.
