My signature on the form indicated that I, for myself, my executors, administrators & assigns, do hereby release and discharge the Valdez Sea Side Expo, the City of Valdez, a municipal corporation, & affiliates, their respective employees, directors, officers, representatives, & all persons involved in the sponsorship or conduct of the Valdez Sea Side Expo Committee from all claims, demands, or causes of action of participants in this shop. Further, the undersigned, for him/herself, executors, administrators & assigns, do hereby agree to indemnify the City of Valdez from any damages or losses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of conduct, operation or participation in the Valdez Sea Side Expo as held in or on the property, easements, or public way of the City of Valdez.
