The 2011 Valdez Halibut Derby began May 21st and runs through September 4th. The Kid's Pink Salmon Derby was held July 16th. The Silver Salmon Derby began July 23rd and runs through September 4th. The Women's Silver Salmon Derby was held August 13th. There is over $80,000 in cash and prizes!!
